An step up from its taxi-cab image predecessor, the Rio looks more solid and stately than before. Prices are competitive although there are some missing links (no airbags for 1.2 models) and some rough edges (cheap interior materials). An improvement but not by much.

The Good: Affordable prices, more Euro than Korean in presence. TOTL model offers the most value.

The Bad: Some missing safety stuffs on base models.
